Greencore ‘make and bake’ a fantastic range of desserts and cakes for the Foodservice market. Our range includes traditional hot puddings, cakes, cheesecakes and individual desserts, offering excellent quality and choice.

We like to balance tradition with innovation. So, while many of our products are made with traditional recipes, we also specialise in developing original ideas for exciting new varieties.

Our traditional hot puddings, always a sure hit with every type of consumer, include well loved favourites such as treacle sponge, spotted dick and jam roly-poly puddings - a mouth-watering collection of true best sellers under the Roberts brand.

Our Greencore Gold range has taken the classics and added a modern twist giving a premium offering. Examples include chocolate and sticky toffee pudding recipes. Complimenting hot puddings are our cold set, and contemporary desserts such as the completely indulgent, rich and dense New York cheesecake, Juniors and a mouth-watering chocolate fudge cake.

Our updated traditional cake range has proved extremely popular in department store coffee shops, leisure outlets and pubs.

Attention to detail is all-important. Our cakes and desserts are free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and hydrogenated fats. Our range of handmade cakes and hand finished desserts taste as good as they look. For added convenience the majority of our cakes and desserts are ‘thaw & serve’ and easy to slice.

All our cakes once baked, are stored in a special tempering room where they are held at the perfect temperature and exactly the right humidity levels to ensure excellent taste and maximum shelf life.
